With a long and varied background in sports, fitness, and dance, I am a believer in “movement for living” and will work with you on ensuring your foundations are a solid base for your goals. Nothing is more important to me than people living their life to the fullest! Whether you want to lean out, get strong, train for a race or event, or shake up your workout approach, I’ve got you!

My favorite activities are dancing, cycling, and bodyweight training, but you’ll see me getting psyched about much much more. Ask me to join in with your workout or jump in on mine, anytime.

As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, I am qualified and experienced to guide you through the next phase of your fitness journey. Whether your goals are to lose weight, bulk up, return from injury, train for an event, or improve in a specific area, I have the expertise and knowledge to work with you on developing a program that best fits your needs – and I’ll be with you every step of the way with text, email, and social media support 24/7! Specializing In: Injury prevention, core, bodyweight, suspension training, endurance/athletic performance, HIIT, and aquatic training.

Along with being a trained indoor cycling instructor, strength coach, and swim teacher, I’m also licensed in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr, SilverSneakers Circuit, and SilverSneakers Yoga. Good things are even better when shared! With an ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification as well as ACSM Certified Personal Trainer credentials, I am experienced and skilled in leading groups of all ages in a range of training techniques, including cardio, strength, stability, aquatic, dance, and cycle fitness. I am trained and licensed in kids’ and seniors’ fitness, as well as a range of specialty group fitness formats – so gather your friends together for a fun, fit time!
